Trinity Link strives to provide continuous service with 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may occasionally need to perform maintenance.

3. Billing and Payment

•All plans are billed monthly in advance

•Payment is due on the date specified in your service agreement

•Late payments may result in service suspension

•No long-term contracts required — cancel anytime

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Trinity Link services to:

•Violate any applicable laws or regulations

•Transmit harmful, threatening, or abusive content

•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any network or system

•Engage in activities that degrade network performance for other users

5. Equipment

Any equipment provided by Trinity Link remains our property. Equipment must be returned in good condition upon service termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Trinity Link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
